I've been doing cardio on the treadmill recently and re-injured the muscles around my fractured femur (from a car accident many years ago) I thought I would have to deal with healing then re-injuring, but I saw my chiropractor and she uses the Graston Technique.

It has really worked for me, and it might be useful for those of you out there who have other soft tissue injuries.
